Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (with potential overtime)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Laying down clean, solid welds with Aluminum MIG and / or TIG

  • Reading blueprints and tape measures like a pro

  • Lifting, bending, reaching, squatting—staying active throughout the shift

  • Working closely with a team that has your back

  • Owning your role with a “get it done right” attitude

  • Meeting physical demands (including lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs)

  • Staying sharp and ready to pitch in wherever needed

What You Bring to the Table:

  • MIG or TIG welding experience (TIG 3+ yrs. experience)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to read routings, manifests, and production reports

  • Independence with a team-player mindset

  • A history of showing up and getting the job done right
