Training Administration and Report Analyst (Excel)

Job Summary:

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage, analyze, and act upon large quantities of data (e.g. hundreds of thousands of rows of data).   This position is working with in a large corporate training department, helping to create and analyst reports that detail how employees training sessions are progressing.


Major duties and responsibilities include:

  • Provides day-to-day updates to local Training Logistics Coordinators (TLC’s).
  • Conducts team meetings and ensures appropriate training is provided. 
  • Ensures training completion tracking is managed effectively.
  • Collaborates with management to determine priorities and timetables, assigns resources/tasks, and may provide performance feedback on team members. 
  • Accountable for the activities and results of assigned projects. 
  • Monitors training effectiveness and completions and reports status.  


Basic Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of 5-8 years relevant working experience is required (Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Training, or related field).  A Bachelor level university/college degree is desired. 
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (creating pivot tables, etc.) are required. 
  • Experience with RMTT, Scheduling Tool Access database, and LSO desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English), interpersonal, and coordination skills. 
  • Uses strong analytical and problem solving skills to drive to resolution.  Detail oriented, with strong follow through to completion. 
  • Self-motivated and good organizational skills. Excellent multi-tasking skills are required to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Knowledge of basic business concepts. 
  • Quick learner and ability to implement new processes and tools.
  • Detail oriented
