Overview
We’re seeking a motivated SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Analyst to support identity governance and access management (IGA) initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with a collaborative security and IT team, focusing on SailPoint ISC configuration, integration, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
Assist with implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud components.
Support user provisioning, access certification campaigns, and identity lifecycle management.
Develop and maintain connectors for integrating SailPoint with key enterprise systems and directories.
Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform access-related analysis.
Maintain documentation on workflows, configurations, and access policies.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and application teams to align governance processes with business needs.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience as an Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Security Analyst, with SailPoint experience.
Experience supporting or configuring identity governance tools (SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, etc.).
Basic understanding of SaaS architectures, REST APIs, and data integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communicator comfortable working in a distributed, remote team.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on exposure to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or IdentityIQ.
Scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java).
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, NIST, ISO 27001).
