CMM Programmer (PC-DMIS)
Quality/CMM Technician (PC-DMIS)
Location: Columbus, MN Area (North Twin Cities Suburbs)
Pay Range: $27-$41/hr + 5% target bonus
Overview:
We are seeking a Quality/CMM Technician. This on-site role is responsible for verifying conformance to internal and external quality standards and ensuring high-precision results in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee status required under ITAR)
3+ years quality experience in manufacturing (preferred)
Experience programming and operating CMMs with PC-DMIS (required)
Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100, GD&T, and measurement tools
Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Program and operate CMMs
Perform inspections (receiving, in-process, final)
Create and maintain inspection instructions
Support corrective actions and nonconformance handling
Maintain calibration systems
Recommend improvements to procedures, standards, and equipment
Work Environment:
Professional, climate-controlled machining shop with standard protective equipment required (eye/ear protection, closed-toe shoes). Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
